You can't open a magazine without pictures of bikinis, ultimate beach girl Jen Hawkins and of course words of wisdom re how to get yourself a hot "bikini body". Basically, they suggest having a disgusting sounding soy/banana smoothie for breakfast and not much else the rest of the day. Any feelings of weakness, treat yourself to watermelon sorbet, a teaspoon of honey and a flick through fashion mags to remind yourself of your ultimate goal. Bring on the pseudo-starvation I say. I love summer!
