OMG that cake is making my mouth water... LOVE!!!!! I had one of the best birthdays in a long time! Have to tell you about the treats that awaited me from my flatmate when I got home on Tuesday evening - on top of a copy of Australian Vogue September issue was a pile of little parcels wrapped in brown paper and string - some fab nailpolish from Spa Ritual - can't remember the name of the colour but it looks like "Love your Mother" here: http://www.sparitual.com/nail_lacquers/lownotes - also a ravioli cutter stamp to go with my new pasta machine - also a beautiful ceramic ginger grater - and finally a sweet box of French-style macarons!!! I felt so spoiled! xx
