That's Sandra Bullock kissing Scarlett Johannson in order to advise concerned viewers that she "is back" - whatever kissing another woman has to do with that, I'm not quite sure. Also "back" - if somewhat odd behaviour is the key indicator - is Lindsay Lohan wearing a heinous, sequinned jumpsuit. I can't put the picture up, because it hurts my eyes. Sequins have, for once, betrayed me. How could they be so wrong?
I thought Jessica Biel looked cute, but mismatched for an MTV event. Shouldn't she be showing more flesh?
J.Lo and Tom Cruise are also clearly "back" - although I don't think Tom has been that away from crazy for a while now...
